I offer private sessions and spirited online group classes to rejuvenate the body and mind. No previous experience is needed - in fact, rather be open-minded and curious, as my classes are probably not like any other you've attended!

For online classes at your own home, have a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind. A cushion/pillow, light blanket and a towel may also come in handy.

Yes, our private class space is fully accessible, and we offer modified yoga poses and personalized attention to accommodate physical limitations and to ensure that everyone can benefit with Kind and Curious Yoga.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Most students wear yoga pants, leggings, or shorts paired with a t-shirt or tank top. Avoid loose clothing that might get in the way during poses. You'll go barefoot, so leave your shoes at the entrance.
